Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create a TaskSleek account or use the service. By signing up you accept them.

1. The service

TaskSleek helps short-term rental hosts plan cleanings by reading booking calendars, creating cleaning jobs and sharing them with cleaners. TaskSleek is a planning tool; we are not a cleaning company and are not party to any agreement between you and your cleaners.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide a valid email. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Job links give access to a single job — share them only with the intended cleaner.

3. Free trial and plans

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial with up to 10 properties. No card is required.
• Starter costs €19 per month for up to 2 properties. Pro costs €39 per month for up to 10 properties.
• Prices are in euros. VAT is added where applicable.
• When the trial ends without a plan, existing properties keep working but no new properties can be added.

4. Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel, upgrade or downgrade any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month; we do not refund partial months unless required by law.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, upload unlawful content, or use it to send spam. You must have a lawful basis to enter your cleaners' personal data and inform them that you use TaskSleek.

6. Availability and calendar data

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Calendar sync depends on links provided by booking platforms; changes there may be delayed or missing. Always double-check critical turnovers.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TaskSleek is not liable for indirect losses such as lost bookings, guest complaints or missed cleanings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

8. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will notify you of significant changes by email at least 30 days in advance. These terms are governed by Danish law. Questions? Contact us.
